    After years of working in bartending and hospitality (and now planning my own wedding) I saw how quickly event costs can become overwhelming. I wanted to create a bartending service that still provides professional, reliable, and fun service without unnecessary markups, hidden fees, or overcomplicated packages.

    We are fully insured, ServSafe certified, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for our clients and their guests. Keeping our pricing realistic doesn’t mean cutting corners, it simply means we believe great bartending should be accessible for all kinds of celebrations and budgets.

  • Dry hire means that we can provide everything EXCEPT the alcohol for your event. With our dry hire mobile bartending services, you get all the fun of having a professional bartender at your event without the worry of stocking a full bar. We'll bring our expertise, equipment, and personality to your venue, ready to mix up your favorite cocktails and keep the drinks flowing.

  • No, our packages do not include alcohol.

  • Yes, every bartender has an up-to-date ServSafe license and we hold both general liability & liquor insurance for every event.

  • We’re based in Ohio and serve locations within 50 miles of 45044 or 43452. Need us to come a little farther? No problem — we’re happy to travel for just $0.25/mile each way beyond that radius.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings or events during peak season (spring, summer, and holidays). A $150 deposit is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Last-minute events are always welcome if we have the date open!

  • This depends on your event size. We require 1 bartender for parties under 75, two bartenders for parties between 76-199, and 3 bartenders for anything over 200. If you would like more coverage for your party, please let us know and we would be happy to add more for you.

  • Depending on the package and add on’s that you book, this list can change. You will always need to provide any beer, wine & liquor but as part of your consultation call you will get complete list of everything that you are required to purchase.

  • Every package includes a ServSafe certified & insured bartender, a custom alcohol shopping list, and bar tools & coolers. Depending on the package you choose, we can also provide mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, and even ice. Check out our Packages Page for a full breakdown!

  • No worries — things happen! You can always add extra time the night of your event for just $35/hour per bartender, billed in whole-hour increments. We’re flexible and here to help keep the party going.

  • Absolutely! We love helping you build a menu that fits your theme, season, and crowd. From simple crowd-pleasers to fun signature cocktails, we’ll work with you to make sure your drink list is as unforgettable as the event itself.

  • Yes! We can provide delicious mocktail options or a full Hydration Station setup. Whether it's a baby shower, corporate event, or just keeping things booze-free, we’ll help make sure everyone has something fun and tasty to sip on.

  • Yes please! While our packages do come with a custom bar sign, please feel free to bring anything to make sure the bar matches the rest of your event.

  • Yes! We understand that sometimes a tip jar is not the vibe you are looking for. You are more than welcome to “buy out the tip jar” for a fee of $30 per hour, per bartender.
